Clinical Lab Supervisor
Shift: Evenings/Nights, Monday to Friday, 3x12/5x8/4x10
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to oversee the operations of our clinical laboratory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory management and clinical procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining high-quality results. This role involves supervising laboratory staff, managing workflows, and implementing best practices in laboratory techniques and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Manages implementation and maintenance of quality, efficiency, and safety in the section, ensuring that it meets CAP standards on a continual basis.
- Communicates to leadership deficiencies in the section, progress of test development, team member actions under consideration, and all unusual occurrences which may require the attention of the leader.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree - Required
- Certification in MT(ASCP), or MLS(ASCP), or HTL(ASCP), CT(ASCP) or equivalent with two years of experience in specific laboratory section required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37.50 - $56.25 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
