Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Program Director to lead our healthcare initiatives and ensure the highest standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare management and medical management, with a focus on compliance with CARF standards. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee programs that align with organizational goals and CARF standards.
- Manage day-to-day operations of healthcare programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery and patient care.
- Monitor program performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for staff to promote best practices in healthcare management.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Serve as a liaison between various departments to foster communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- A master's degree in counseling, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline and five (5) years of full-time documented clinical experience in human services, at least three (3) years of which shall be in behavioral health treatment substance use disorder treatment, or certified advanced addiction counselor (CAADC).
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in substance use disorder, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or a related field and, full certification as a certified alcohol and drug Counselor (CADC) or in the state of Delaware or by a nationally recognized organization accepted by the Division in addictions counseling and two (2) years of management experience.
- Proven experience in medical management or healthcare management roles.
- Strong understanding of CARF standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $59,503.00 - $66,040.00 per year
