Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate 3-axis CNC mills and lathes to execute precision machining processes.
- Work with precision by interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements.
- Optimize performance by monitoring and adjusting machine settings to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
- Inspect with precision using micrometers, calipers, and other standard measuring tools to ensure all finished products meet strict quality standards.
- Maintain peak machine efficiency by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate and innovate with the production team to streamline machining processes and maximize productivity.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication.
- Experience with Conversational CNC language is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in setting up and operating 3-axis CNC mills & lathes.
- Experience with Hurco machines is a strong plus.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to precision and quality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a high-performing team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
