Operate CNC & Swiss machines to perform precision machining operations
Must be able to make tool offsets, change tooling, change holders, read G&M code programming and understand part processing
Read and interpret part blueprints
Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
Capable of measuring and inspecting finished products using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments
Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain product specifications
Perform routine daily maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles
Skilled in using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers for quality control purposes
Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
Must have "get it done" work ethic and be willing to learn
Must demonstrate adherence to company attendance policy
