What You’ll Be Doing
As a Coiling Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in our production process by safely operating complex machinery to produce high-quality wire coils. This is a physically demanding position — you’ll be moving and lifting coils weighing 60 to 120 lbs, up to 120 times per shift. That means we're looking for someone strong, dependable, and ready to get moving!
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:
- Operating coil-producing machinery safely and efficiently
- Lifting and unloading finished coils into steel carriers by hand
- Monitoring output and making basic machine adjustments or repairs
- Ensuring each product meets our quality standards
- Using overhead cranes and forklifts to move heavy materials safely
- Completing production logs and attaching ID tags
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Working with other team members to meet shift production targets
- Following safety protocols at all times
Earn More With Performance & Shift Bonuses!
Your base pay is just the beginning. We reward your hard work:
- $2 per coil for each coil produced above your assigned target
- $1.50/hour bonus for hours worked between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM
- $1.30/hour bonus for hours worked between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM

WHAT YOU’LL DO — A DAY IN THE LIFE
Safety First: We provide ongoing safety training in a clean, well-maintained facility.
- Operate and set up wire machines
- Join wire using electric butt-welders (we’ll train you!)
- Use cranes and forklifts to move materials
- Monitor quality and organize finished product
- Keep your workspace safe and clean
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
No machine experience? No problem. We train motivated individuals!
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience (1+ year preferred)
- Ability to lift/push/pull heavy items
- Basic computer skills + team attitude
