Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads/manages collection process for assigned customer accounts
- Negotiates partial payments and payments plans when applicable
- Contacts assigned customs by phone and email to collect past due balances
- Investigate and resolve questions or payment discrepancies
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Collection Specialist
- Knowledge of collection call flow process
- Skilled in Negotiations
- Problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of MS office applications
- High school diploma.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates/Bachelor's degree
- 3-4 years prior Collection experience
