Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Commercial and Residential Leasing Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a dynamic, mixed-use property that includes both residential and commercial spaces.
Position Summary
As the on-site manager, you will serve as the primary liaison for tenants and service providers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing leasing activities, coordinating maintenance and security services, managing financial operations, and ensuring full compliance with safety and housing regulations. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organization, and a commitment to creating a clean, secure, and welcoming environment for all occupants.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial spaces
- Manage tenant relations and lead the leasing process from inquiry to move-in
- Supervise maintenance, janitorial, and security teams
- Administer rent collection and ensure accurate budget tracking
- Prepare monthly financial, occupancy, and operational reports
- Ensure full compliance with local housing regulations and safety codes
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and property performance
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall property condition
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related discipline preferred
- Strong knowledge of leasing procedures, maintenance coordination, and compliance standards
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting and rent collection
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Key Skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium)
- Basic understanding of building systems and maintenance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with financial reporting and operational analysis
- Highly organized, motivated, and goal-oriented
