***Duties***
- Ensure all required materials, equipment, and inspections occur to support the project schedule.
- Work with the project teams to manage field personnel as well as management of labor, equipment, materials, tools, and other cost considerations. Oversees all on-site activities and phases during the construction of commercial buildings.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and resolving any conflicts.
- Ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinating all aspects of the construction process while adhering to safety regulations
- Daily reporting directly to the project manager.
- Maintain clear communication with the project team, including company owner, project manager and subcontractors
***Skills***
- 5+ years of proven, strong leadership and organizational skills
- Thorough understanding of construction methods and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Experience in commercial construction projects
- Strong work ethic and reliability

***Requirements***
- Commercial Construction experience (8+ years)
- Valid Driver's License with transportation & Insurable Driving Record
- Own hand/power tools
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- References and verifiable work history
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
