We are seeking a Construction Superintendent/Project Manager who’s ready to take ownership of multiple job sites, uphold high standards, and lead with professionalism from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full build cycle of custom on-your-lot homes, typically overseeing 3–6 homes at various stages.
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and material staging.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites with a focus on quality control.
- Use Buildertrend software to maintain schedules, job logs, and homeowner updates.
- Communicate proactively with homeowners, internal teams, inspectors, and vendors.
- Solve issues in the field, enforce timelines, and ensure projects meet DiYanni standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Construction Manager, or Site Supervisor in residential construction.
- Prior work with custom or semi-custom homes is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple sites across Cincinnati.
- Comfortable with digital tools like Buildertrend, or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership, scheduling, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $85,000–$90,000+, based on experience
- Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle provided

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
