In this role, you’ll be the one reaching out to business owners, CEOs, CFOs, and controllers—decision-makers who don’t want a pitch, they want insight. You’ll work with established businesses (3+ years in operation, minimum 5 employees) across a wide range of industries, writing accounts that typically range from $20K to $50K in premium.

You’ll sell using strategy, not scripts—understanding exposures, analyzing needs, and presenting solutions that actually make sense for the client. From the first cold call to the final presentation, you’ll guide your prospects through a high-trust, high-impact decision that protects their livelihood.

You’ll work out of our Raleigh office at 5510 Six Forks Rd, Ste 280—but the real action happens out in the community.

This is a relationship-first role, so you’ll spend most of your time meeting with clients and partners across the Triangle Market. That means showing up: at the job site, at the ribbon cutting, at the breakfast networking meeting. If you’re someone who thrives on building face-to-face connections, you’ll thrive here!

Let’s talk money—because we know that matters.

This role starts with a $60-$70K base salary + approx. $25K-$30K in commission in year one. It’s built for someone who’s in it for the long game.
