Responsibilities:

• Assist Account Manager in servicing commercial insurance accounts
• Process policy changes and endorsements
• Prepare insurance quotes and proposals
• Communicate with clients and insurance carriers
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files

• Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• EPIC experience a plus
