Join Our Growing Team – Commercial Lines Account Manager
Are you an experienced insurance professional with a passion for delivering top-tier client service? Our dynamic and client-focused commercial insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our continued growth and provide high-quality service to our valued clients.
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in managing and servicing a book of commercial lines business. You’ll work closely with producers, underwriters, and clients to ensure insurance programs are effectively designed, implemented, and maintained. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring timely renewals and policy servicing.
- Prepare proposals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and other client documentation.
- Handle policy changes, audits, claims support, and billing inquiries.
- Communicate with carriers to obtain quotes, bind coverage, and resolve service issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the agency management system.
- Ensure compliance with agency standards, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and proactive communication.
- Support producers in new business development and account rounding efforts.
Requirements:
- Experience working in commercial lines insurance.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License (required)
- Experience with agency management systems- EZlynx preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Monday to Friday

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
