Job Summary
Commercial repairs and maintenance company seeks qualified individuals for a full-time position with our company to service Metro Atlanta Counties. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Maintenance and Facilities Technician to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and customer service skills to address issues promptly and efficiently. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairs including, but not limited to plumbing repairs, sheetrock/painting repair, lite electrical or appliance repairs. Individuals must have ability to provide maintenance for any "On Call" repairs for our commercial clients. Your commitment to exceptional customer service will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' experience.
Experience Qualifications
- Have a broad understanding of electrical work to replace faulty lights, ballasts, and work on the electric gates.
- Have a broad understanding of HVAC to be able to work on faulty coolers and diagnose why they aren't working properly.
- Must be able to climb a ladder to replace faulty ceiling tiles, LED Drivers, ect.
- Must be able to replace porcelain wall tiles that have fallen off the wall.
- Must have general knowledge of cabinetry, to replace faulty cabinet doors.
- General sheetrock repairs
- General painting skills
- General commercial appliance maintenance experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a valid drivers license with clean driving record
- MUST be able to provide job history with verifiable references.

- Own general tools. (specialty tools will be provided)
Compensation Package
- $25-27 per hour, Based on experience
- Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
- Flat rate for after hours and emergency after hour calls
