SUMMARY:
Serve as the primary liaison between sales, clients and service providers to ensure successful out-of-market commercial moves and logistics projects. In addition, set up sales orders and processes that create a seamless file flow to billing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively manages employees, providing leadership, motivation, development, and discipline to promote quality performance.
- Manages delivery and installations with the onsite install supervisor and review of the service with the Customer as well as the Operations to ensure that the services are executed as planned.
- Manages receiving and inspections of customer inventory including the use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and data entry.
- Responsible for tracking and keeping up with the charges/invoicing for each project.
- Coordinates with customers and operations throughout each project.
- Responsible for directing personnel with daily workload.
- Accountable for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
- Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project planning, execution, and closeout phases.
- Manage multiple workplace service projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
- Proactively support salespeople by providing timely updates, quoting assistance, scheduling, and project tracking.
- Coordinate resources across departments to meet customer expectations and project timelines.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Armstrong and Unigroup systems to support consistent service and communication across the network.
- Foster long-term client relationships through responsive communication and attention to detail.
- Track client preferences and project histories to increase retention and repeat business.
- Maintain CRM records, job documentation, and regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with the sales team to pursue them.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Suite and data entry systems, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in the Transportation industry a plus.
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Forklift Certification preferred, but not required.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of kitting, receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse operations.

ANNUAL SALARY:
$85,000
