Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Property Technitian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support construction and maintenance projects. This role requires problem-solving skills, the ability to perform physical labor in various outdoor environments, and travel in the Midwest. The Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Observe property conditions and note items in need of repair
- Minor building repair work, asphalt crack filling, and repair
- Travel to company-owned properties in the Midwest
- Perform building tasks as directed, including site preparation and material handling.
- Maintain equipment by conducting regular inspections and performing minor repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.
- Follow instructions from supervisors regarding daily tasks and project requirements.
- Ensure work areas are clean and organized at all times.
