Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with commercial clients across various sectors
Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions or services
Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure service satisfaction
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess performance
Maintain accurate client records and reports using internal systems
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and business cases
Collaborate with sales and account teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
2+ years of experience in client relationship management, commercial accounts, or business development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to analyze business needs and develop appropriate solutions
Experience with CRM systems and data reporting
Proven track record of meeting client satisfaction and retention targets
