Our team is currently looking for an energized Commercial Roofing Project Manager/Estimator with acute attention to detail, fantastic organizational skills, and a hunger for success.
You’ll be joining a team of employee-owners that are passionate about the roofing industry and are driven to provide the highest quality of product no matter the conditions we’re given to perform. Our search is not limited to just experienced Project Managers/Estimators; we are more than willing to train any qualified individual that best fits our team and goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Coordinate multiple projects at once by providing project management services
· Ensure construction schedules are met, as well as cost control in relation to budgets, dispute resolution, and quality assurance
· Assist in negotiating contract terms and conditions for projects as well as negotiate subcontracts
· Review purchase orders, subcontracts, AIAs, and other documents/agreements
· Discuss, resolve, and engage in disputes related to construction
· Work with field staff to coordinate and direct construction projects
· Prepare all change orders for assigned projects and assess their budgetary impact
· Ensure scheduling and cost controls are being met and monitor the project's progress
· Create, review, and verify monthly applications for payment.
· Prepare project plans, submittals, site-specific safety plans, logistic plans, and other documents required of a project
· Partake in estimation hand-off meetings
· Become knowledgeable in all aspects of a project’s contracts, drawings, specifications, and other scope of work necessities
· Perform frequent site visits to monitor quality, progress, and safety
· Create and send material purchase orders to vendors
· Attend all weekly progress meetings, pre-construction meetings, and other required meetings
· Estimating duties include but are not limited to pre-bid meetings, measuring, core sampling, photographing, documenting, performing take-offs, and other related duties.
· Perform other duties related or unrelated as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Clean Driving Record
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other common software applications
- Strong solution-oriented communication skills
- Able to lift up to 80 pounds and no fear of heights
