Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as part time crew cleaners for apartment turnover cleaning. You will play a key role in ensuring apartment units are clean, sanitized, and move-in ready for new tenants. Only you and your peers will be present no tenants will be in the units while cleaning. You will also have access to a checklist when needed! This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy a flexible work schedule with dressing flexibility as well. We provide compensation for travel and allow for flexible dressing options, but will provide company shirts after training.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to:
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Dusting and polishing furniture
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens
- Other general cleaning duties as assigned
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists provided by Durham & Co Cleaning
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with clients and peers
- Manage your own schedule and travel to various client locations
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail with commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
- Transportation to the job sites (Can be provided based on availability)
- Previous experience in cleaning jobs is preferred but not mandatory. We do offer paid training no matter what!
