Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, people-oriented Sales Representative to grow our presence in the Minneapolis area. This is a 100% commission-based role ideal for a self-starter who enjoys building relationships in the education, charity, sports and youth communities.
Your mission will be to connect with high schools, clubs, youth groups, sports teams, and nonprofits throughout Minneapolis and help them launch successful fundraising events using . Once you secure the event, you will co-ordinate and execute it for them.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential clients in the Minneapolis metro area (e.g., public/private schools, youth sports leagues, community groups)
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, in-person meetings, and local networking
- Educate organizations on Anython.com’s platform and services
- Customize fundraising solutions based on each group’s goals and capabilities
- Guide clients through the onboarding and campaign setup process
- Foster long-term relationships for recurring fundraising opportunities
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets
Qualifications
- Sales experience or a background in education, fundraising, or youth/community programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Familiarity with the Minneapolis area and local school/sports landscape
- Organized, energetic, and goal-driven
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing contacts or network within Twin Cities school districts or youth organizations
- Experience selling services or platforms to schools or nonprofits
- Knowledge of online fundraising platforms
Compensation
- Commission-Based Only: Competitive commission on each signed client
