We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Agent to support internal and external communication strategies. This role requires a strong command of language, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude to facilitate smooth and effective exchanges across departments and with clients.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and distribute professional communications (emails, memos, updates, etc.)
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and official documents
Coordinate with different teams to gather information for communication materials
Monitor and respond to inquiries with clarity and professionalism
Maintain records of communications and track engagement metrics
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
Support in the planning and execution of internal events and meetings
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, English, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in a communications-related role is preferred but not required
