Sphirea Plus is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Assistant to support our internal and external communication initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Communications team to craft and distribute high-quality content, coordinate communication plans, and maintain brand consistency across all platforms. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, articulate, and eager to grow in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies
Draft, edit, and proofread internal memos, client emails, newsletters, and other content
Coordinate logistics and materials for meetings, presentations, and company events
Support public relations initiatives and maintain media contact lists
Monitor and track communications performance metrics
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and voice
Collaborate with multiple departments to maintain messaging alignment
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with content creation tools
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
