Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. The Communications Coordinator will oversee and support in-person outreach activities and customer engagement efforts, ensuring consistent, clear, and professional communication during events and daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support live events and outreach activities, ensuring smooth execution
- Engage directly with customers to share accurate information about client products and services
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event displays and materials
- Track customer interactions, gather feedback, and assist with preparing reports
- Maintain consistent, professional communication within the team to ensure messaging aligns with client expectations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, organized, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in customer service, events, or coordination is a plus but not required
