We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of communication strategies, assist in drafting internal and external content, and ensure consistent messaging across departments and platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and distribute internal communications, newsletters, and announcements
Assist in the creation and editing of press releases, reports, and official documents
Coordinate cross-functional communication between teams and departments
Support the planning of company events, presentations, and briefings
Maintain and update content calendars and communication timelines
Ensure brand voice and tone are consistent across all materials
Track and analyze communication effectiveness and provide reports
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a communications or related role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
