Job Description
We’re hiring a warm and organized Community Coordinator to manage our front desk. You’ll greet families, handle check-ins, support memberships, and help create a friendly, community-first atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Welcome families and handle check-in and check-out
- Answer questions about classes, play sessions, and memberships
- Manage bookings, trial sign-ups, and basic admin
- Give tours to prospective members
- Track attendance and help follow up with leads
- Occasionally assist with transitions between play and vendor classes
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and inviting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (any field; education, communications, or psychology a plus)
- Customer service or front desk experience (retail, hospitality, family space preferred)
- Friendly, professional, and people-focused
- Organized and tech-comfortable
- Clear communication and great attention to detail
- Must love working in a lively environment with kids and caregivers
Bonus (not required):
- Experience in a preschool, playspace, or childcare center
- Bilingual (especially Spanish)
- Social media or light admin experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
