Parktree Community Health Center provides comprehensive and integrative medical, dental, and behavioral health services to the local community in the Pomona and Ontario areas.
We are looking for a bilingual, professional Dental Patient Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling of appointments
- Patient registration
- Insurance eligibility screening
- Payment processing
- Patient engagement and education
- Patient telephone outreach
- Other duties as assigned
Basic qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent in-person and telephone customer service skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish—Required)
- Experience in use of electronic dental record preferred
