About Us

We are a forward-thinking pharmaceutical consulting firm committed to advancing healthcare solutions and improving community health outcomes. Led by a team of visionary leaders, our work centers on creating real, measurable impact in the communities we serve. We partner with organizations to promote health equity, support inclusive outreach, and build stronger systems that ensure better access to care. We are currently seeking a dedicated Community Engagement Liaison to help deepen relationships with local partners, elevate community voices, and drive participation in our initiatives across under serviced areas.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a seasoned community engagement professional with a strong background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or consulting. You bring with you a well-established network of community organizations, healthcare providers, and local leaders, and you know how to activate those relationships to advance impactful initiatives.

You thrive in collaborative environments, communicate with clarity and empathy, and are deeply committed to health equity. You're at ease engaging with a wide range of people — from grassroots organizers to institutional stakeholders — and bring a grounded, respectful approach to every interaction.

You excel at building trust, managing multiple initiatives at once, and driving progress with minimal oversight. You understand the unique challenges facing under serviced populations and are motivated by a desire to create meaningful, lasting change. If you're highly organized, culturally competent, and passionate about improving health outcomes through community partnerships, we’d love to work with you.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design Engagement Strategies: Develop and execute innovative approaches to increase community participation and raise awareness of our health programs and initiatives.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, local leaders, and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead Community Events: Plan, coordinate, and host events, workshops, and forums that promote health education and foster community involvement.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal departments to ensure that community engagement aligns with company goals and supports broader health equity efforts.
  • Collect and Report Feedback: Regularly gather community insights and feedback to inform program improvements and ensure initiatives remain relevant and effective.
  • Connect to Resources: Act as a bridge between community members and essential healthcare services, educational tools, and support programs.
  • Track and Report Impact: Create clear, data-informed reports that measure engagement outcomes, participation rates, and overall program effectiveness.
  • Support and Mentor Staff: Provide guidance to junior team members, fostering professional development and a shared commitment to community-focused work.

Skillset and Background

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Communications, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional Experience: Significant experience in community engagement or outreach, ideally within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or consulting sectors.
  • Network Strength: Demonstrated ability to leverage an established network of community organizations, healthcare stakeholders, and local leaders to drive impact.
  • Cultural Competency: Deep understanding of the social, cultural, and systemic factors affecting healthcare access in under serviced communities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with diverse audiences and foster trust.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with CRM platforms or content management systems.
  • Adaptability: Resourceful, flexible, and able to navigate fast-paced, evolving environments with professionalism and focus.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead initiatives, mentor staff, and collaborate effectively across teams.
