Job Title: Compensation Analyst
Location: Hybrid – Raleigh, NC
Job Description:
We are seeking a Compensation Analyst with experience in equity and cash compensation programs to support end-to-end administration, compliance, financial oversight, and employee communications. This role will work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Payroll, Tax, and internal business partners to ensure accurate execution and strategic alignment of compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equity and Cash Grant Administration:
Manage the full grant lifecycle—from defining requirements in Workday to auditing, validating, and securing stakeholder approvals for equity and cash awards.
- Program Management:
Maintain current documentation, grant plans, guidance for associates, Source pages, and Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) to ensure consistent processes.
- Financial Oversight:
Collaboratively track and manage budgets for equity programs, calculate quarterly ESPP and cash plan accruals, and optimize financial spend.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams such as People, Finance, Payroll, Tax, and HR Business Partners to ensure smooth execution of compensation programs.
- M&A and Employee Transitions:
Provide support for equity and cash plan treatment during acquisitions and employee mission/role transitions.
- Compliance & Regulatory Reporting:
Maintain a list of required filings and collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to ensure all regulatory and compliance obligations are met on time.
- Global Mobility & Tax Handling:
Work with the mobility team and external tax advisors to assess equity implications of international transfers, manage unvested RSUs, and calculate blended tax rates.
- Stakeholder Support:
Serve as a subject matter expert in partnership with the People Helpdesk and Compensation Operations to resolve employee inquiries and improve content in ServiceNow.
- Communication & Enablement:
Craft and deliver clear communications about ESPP and equity plan eligibility, program updates, and enhancements to ensure employee awareness and engagement.

Pay: $36.67 per hour
