Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Coordinate guest requests, such as room service, transportation, and reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and mail sorting
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by following established protocols
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with diverse guests
- Excellent guest relations skills to handle inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel procedures
- Proficient phone etiquette to handle calls courteously and professionally
