Based in Seymour, WI, we’re looking for a Concrete Crew Member who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, work hard, and take pride in quality craftsmanship.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with the installation and fabrication of concrete systems on job sites
- Operate hand and power tools proficiently and safely
- Troubleshoot job site issues and report to the Leadman or Foreman
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional-looking
- Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Coach and support new and existing crew members
- Promote and uphold job site safety for yourself and the team
- Follow all company safety procedures and use PPE correctly
- Report incidents, equipment damage, and OSHA presence
- Help drive projects to completion on time and to Fox Cities standards
- Pitch in wherever needed—teamwork is everything here!
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in concrete construction preferred
- Familiarity with all relevant tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and accountability
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed
- Dedication to upholding safety practices and company Core Values
- Positive attitude and strong communication with coworkers
- Willingness to mentor others and lead by example
