Concrete Truck Dispatch

This position is responsible for dispatching Ready Mix Concrete from our plant to customer job sites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
- Must promptly answer all incoming calls and take concrete orders.
- Must be familiar with Baltimore and the surrounding counties.
- Must have good computer skills
- Having experience with Integra is a Plus.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 Year of Dispatch experience
- Ability to multi task
- Ability to sit for extended time periods while answering phones and dispatching concrete
- Ability to work well with fellow employees
- Ability to work off hours as needed.
