This is a full-time on-site role for a Condominium/HOA Attorney based in Tampa, FL. The attorney will be responsible for providing legal representation and advice to condominium associations and homeowners' associations (HOAs). Day-to-day tasks include drafting and reviewing contracts, covenants, and bylaws, advising clients on compliance and governance issues, and representing clients in court or mediation. The attorney will also handle collection matters.
Qualifications
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, covenants, and bylaws
- Knowledge of compliance and governance issues in condominium associations and HOAs
- Knowledge of lien laws
- Prior foreclosure experience is a plus
- Prior collection experience is a plus
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience in litigation and representing clients in court or mediation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing of the Florida Bar
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
