Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
- Answer multi-line phones in a friendly and professional manner
- Obtain patient demographics, insurance and exam information
- Verification of orders and insurance eligibility
- Patient scheduling based on clinic guidelines
- Insurance verification and prior authorization
- Checking-in patients
- Medical records and image requests
