have used construction billing programs, such as Procore Building Connected.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate financial records.
• Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations, maintaining compliance with GAAP standards.
• Utilize QuickBooks and ProCore for payroll processing and financial reporting.
• Prepare journal entries and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and resolve discrepancies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
