Join Our Team as a Field Superintendent or Assistant Field Superintendent
Are you a skilled field person with a strong background in construction? Arris Contracting, a premier non-residential construction management and planning company, is seeking experienced Field Superintendents and Assistant Field Superintendents to join our dynamic team.

Primary Responsibilities
· Manage and supervise daily field operations to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
· Coordinate contractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to maintain smooth workflow
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
· Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to address challenges and maintain progress
· Assist in problem-solving and decision-making to keep projects on track
Competencies
· In-depth knowledge of construction principles, techniques, procedures and best practices.
· Ability to read architectural plans and specifications, estimates, budgets and scope of work.
· Skilled in the use of computer software including Bluebeam, Sage Project Center, Microsoft Office, I-Pad.
· Ability to effectively communicate and present information in oral, written and graphic form.
· Must be able to collaborate with Owner’s Consultants and effectively direct Prime Contractors.
· Demonstrate skills in organizing and evaluating information and in proactively finding solutions for construction projects.
· Ability to constructively participate in negotiations and dispute resolution.
· Must be able to identify changes in scope and manage change order work.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
· Ability to work independently without immediate supervision and as part of a team in order to perform multiple assignments while meeting critical deadlines.
· Ability to maintain a positive, professional work environment.
Work Environment: Ability to work in a variety of environments, including office settings and construction sites. Travel to the project construction site on a regular basis is required. Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as project demands require.
Compensation: Expected Salary: $60,000 - $140,000
