Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn various aspects of construction. This role involves working on-site to assist with a variety of tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Assist in the installation of stucco, drywall, and trim carpentry.
- Perform frame carpentry tasks as required by project specifications.
- Lay tile and assist with other flooring installations.
- Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project guidelines.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction tasks.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Support construction management in executing project plans and timelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with stucco, frame carpentry, drywall, trim carpentry, tile laying, and construction inspection is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and basic power tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on-site.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
