Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Drivers license is a plus ➕️ and be able to read a tape measure !!
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed by supervisors.
- Follow instructions from construction managers and foremen to complete tasks effectively.
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools and be able to read a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work environments.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe workplace.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
