Full-Time | $20/hour | Travel Required (IN, KY, TN, ID)
Crossroad Construction Group, LLC is hiring a full-time Construction Laborer to support commercial remodel projects primarily focused on The UPS Store locations across Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Idaho. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s dependable, hard-working, and ready to travel.
Pay & Travel:
- $20/hour
- $40/day per diem (or meals provided) for out-of-state travel
- Company or rental vehicle provided for out-of-state travel
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general construction duties on commercial job sites
- Load/unload materials, clean up work areas, and move equipment
- Support Foreman and Supervisor with assigned tasks
- Follow directions, work safely, and maintain a clean job site
- Help ensure remodels are completed on time and up to company standards
Requirements:
- Prior construction experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness and availability to travel regularly and stay overnight
- Able to work long hours and perform physical labor
- Personal hand tools preferred
- Must be reliable, respectful, and ready to work as part of a team
