Program Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in construction management, engineering, architecture, business or related field of study
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Ability to learn new technologies
- Willingness to work independently or as part of a team
- Desire to pursue a career in the construction industry upon graduation
