Production Manager
Cleary Building Corp. is looking for a dynamic and motivated Production Manager to lead and oversee all phases of construction operations for our post-frame building projects. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong management skills and a commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day construction operations and manage multiple job sites
- Champion a Safety-First culture across all crews and job sites
- Supervise production workflows to ensure projects meet quality standards and timelines
- Hire, schedule, direct, and monitor field construction crews
- Ensure timely completion of building projects from groundbreaking to finish
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by helping clients bring their dreams to life
- Embrace variety—no two days are the same
- Promote the use of sustainable building practices, designs, and materials
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry
- Proven management or supervisory experience
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
