We’re seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee civil construction projects from start to finish, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing. You’ll estimate costs, schedule work, manage subcontracts and suppliers, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget. With a focus on value engineering and coordination, you’ll play a key role in delivering cost-effective solutions for our clients while taking full ownership of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate all project activities to meet safety, budget, and schedule goals.
- Manage buyouts, write subcontracts, and oversee material suppliers.
- Monitor costs, prepare progress reports, and forecast project outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth execution.
- Enforce safety standards and quality control.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction, preferred.
- 3-5 years minimum experience in construction project management
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30hr preferred, but not required.
- Travel: Must be flexible to travel 100%, for projects across the United States
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Can pass drug and background check
