Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting on-site project management efforts, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional administrative support. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Assemble timesheets from the field foreman and enter time into the system
- Gaither safety documentation (AHA, PTHA’s, etc.) from the field foreman and post to the required construction admin. programs
- Maintain office supplies
- Coordinate onsite activities, such as meetings, training, lunches, etc.
- Attend meetings when necessary to take notes.
- This job requires the administrator to work from a trailer on a construction site
Skills
- Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for enhanced communication with diverse clients.
- Previous experience in clerical roles
- Demonstrated customer support experience with a focus on providing high-quality service
- Ability to perform typing tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within deadlines.
- Experience as a personal assistant or in office management will be beneficial.
