We’re looking for a sharp Project Manager to take ownership of large-scale mechanical and plumbing scopes from precon through closeout.
Position Overview:
In this role, you’ll run the show behind the scenes and in the field—managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and execution for high-performance MEP projects. This is a great fit for someone who knows how to build relationships and build systems at the same time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full mechanical and plumbing scopes from planning to punch
- Partner with field superintendents for coordination, labor, and logistics
- Handle budgeting, scheduling, buyouts, submittals, and change orders
- Coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers to align design intent
- Track project performance using Procore, Bluebeam, and other PM software
- Ensure code compliance, quality control, and safety standards
- Manage closeout process, turnover documentation, and client handoff
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in MEP or GC project management (mechanical/plumbing focus preferred)
- Proven track record delivering commercial or institutional builds ($3M+ scope)
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, sequencing, and value engineering
- Skilled communicator who can manage subs, teams, and clients
- Tech-friendly with experience using construction management platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
