Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and teams while ensuring compliance with all safety, building, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans.
- Hire and supervise subcontractors and construction crews.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety codes, and environmental requirements.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
- Prepare and submit project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
