Piper Companies is currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support the buildout of a new pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Bloomington, Indiana.
Responsibilities for the Construction Project Manager
Manage day-to-day construction activities from groundbreaking to turnover- Coordinate with design, engineering, EPCM, and internal project teams
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and contractor performance
- Ensure adherence to GMP, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Identify and mitigate risks; resolve issues that may impact timelines or cost
- Support commissioning, qualification, and final handover of facility
Qualifications for the Construction Project Manager
5+ years of experience in construction management within pharma or life sciences- Strong background in capital projects and facility buildouts
- Familiarity with GMP requirements and cleanroom construction standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Compensation for the Construction Project Manager
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience- Long Term Contract (with strong possibility of extension)
