Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming leads and guide homeowners through the ADU consultation process.
- Conduct on-site property evaluations to determine feasibility, zoning regulations, and potential site challenges.
- Educate clients on ADU options, design possibilities, permitting processes, and budget considerations.
- Create and present detailed project estimates based on client needs and site conditions.
- Communicate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and scope of work.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring clarity on costs, timelines, and next steps.
- Follow up with potential clients to answer questions, address concerns, and close deals.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in sales, real estate, or construction-related consulting.
- Knowledge of ADU Builds, construction, permitting, and zoning regulations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build trust and close deals.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and agreements.
- Comfortable with working independently while managing multiple leads.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,109.00 - $195,778.00 per year
