Sales Consultant

What is the role of Sales Consultant?
Your role at Chrono Hunter will be to organise, manage and broker watch sales and purchases between private customers and retail businesses, with a sharp focus on delivering the exceptional, professional & personal customer service on which our industry reputation has been established.
You will be required to call as well as email potential and existing customers, therefore you must be confident on the telephone and possess the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both the written and spoken English language.
Daily responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to private customer sale and purchase enquiries via email, text/whatsapp messages and calls
- Communicating clearly the USP of our services and offering direct solutions to private customers and retail businesses alike
- Using current and historical internal data to compile accurate estimate selling prices
- Using and evaluating wider market information to cross reference against our own internal data
- Negotiating and closing deals on behalf of our private customers with our retail business partners
- Using our in-house bespoke software to track multiple ongoing enquiries and deals
- Maintaining and building upon ongoing client relationships
- Continuing to learn and build up brand and product knowledge
- Meeting realistic and achievable conversion and sales targets

Salary: Range £25,000.00 - £50,000.00 per year
