As we expand into the tri-state area, we're seeking a Construction Sales Specialist to help grow our presence and client base in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut—and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new business with subcontractors & general contractors
- Conduct solution presentations, demos, and job-site meetings (virtual and in-person)
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and local networking
- Maintain and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine and execute strategy
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Foster strong, long-term client relationships
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of B2B sales experience (construction industry experience preferred)
- Proven ability to close deals and consistently hit sales targets
- Familiarity with estimating software, blueprints, or construction workflows is a major plus
- Excellent communication skills—confident in both boardrooms and job sites
- CRM experience and strong digital selling skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Requirements
- Valid U.S. driver’s license + reliable personal vehicle
- Strong spoken and written English skills
Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: Starting at $60,000/year
- Performance Bonuses & Commission: Up to $100,000 total potential
