Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and understand all aspects of RESIDENTIAL REMODEL, INCLUDING ADDITIONS AND NEW CONSTRUCTIONS. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Manage and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workforce management.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including daily reports, change orders, and site meetings.
- Communicate effectively with clients.
- Implement effective communication strategies to keep all team members informed of project developments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
