We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor / Foreman to oversee and manage day-to-day civil construction activities on site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supervising construction workers, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring that all work is carried out according to quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.
Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)3–5 years of site supervision experience in civil construction Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices and materials Good leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage labor effectively Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control measures.
Experience in residential/commercial/industrial projects Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp updates, email, etc.)
