We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. As a Construction Laborer, you will work alongside skilled tradespeople and contribute to the successful completion of construction sites.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions from supervisors
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Must be punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
